I don't like the scent, can I exchange it?
We know how hard it can be to purchase candles, wax melts or diffusers online. We are happy to do a fragrance consultation before you purchase so you are confident with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days of your the order.
For Returns:
All returned items must be unused and and returned with the original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us.
Your returned items will be refunded minus the cost we have incurred for shipping.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and retain this for reference.
You will be contacted regarding your return within 48 hours of us receiving the item. Once goods are inspected we will send you an email to notify if the refund is approved.
If you refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Defective or damaged goods
